The State list of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia approved by Presidential Decree is officially published.
Sukhum. January 19. Apsnypress. According to the official website of the Head of State, the State list of objects of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia, approved by Presidential Decree of 29 December 2015 is officially published.
The Decree of the President of Abkhazia says:
«In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On the historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia»:
1. To approve the state list of objects of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia.
2. The Ministry of Culture and Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Abkhazia:
- with the adoption of specific legislation on insurance, establishing the procedure for insurance of objects of historical and cultural heritage, determine the insurance value of the objects of historical and cultural heritage for future reflection in the State list.
- for the immovable objects of historical and cultural heritage to identify areas to ensure the preservation of the natural environment (within the zone of protection) for further reflection in the State list.
3. to repeal decrees of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia:
- «On approval of the State list of objects of historical and cultural heritage of Sukhum" dated on 23 November 1999, UP -100;
- «On Amendments to the State list of historical and cultural heritage Sukhum, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia" On approval of the state list of historical and cultural heritage of Sukhum " dated on November 23, 1999 UP-100 "dated on 23 January 2004, the UE-13».
