 In addition, head of the Administration noted the success of agricultural producers: “Radish is grown in one of our villages, 160 people work there. Capital Invest LLC is engaged in growing citrus fruits, about 1 million 600 thousand rubles a year they pay to the budget in the form of rent. Also, by the decision of President, a free economic zone was created to attract investors, people working in this territory are exempted from all taxes. ”
 
 Nadaraya commented on the introduction of restrictions on crossing the Georgian-Abkhaz border: “We did not close the border, but changed the transition regime. People who had to go for treatment, employees of the Ingur HPP crossed the border quietly. Our residents who were in Georgia before the imposition of restrictions, were also able to return to Abkhazia. Restrictions affected foreign nationals. At the moment, restrictions on the transition are removed. However, doctors remained at the border. ”
 
 Nadaraya stressed that the status of residents of the Gal region is defined in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Abkhazia: “The rights of the residents of our district are protected by the power of Abkhazia. According to a survey in 2015, 96% of residents have Georgian citizenship. We cannot allow one person to elect both the president of Georgia and the president of Abkhazia. It is impossible to make people get our citizenship if they have the citizenship of another state other than Russian. We need to understand that if we create a state, then citizenship is the cornerstone for the defense of the country. "
 
 Temur Nadaraya explained the status of people without citizenship and who did not have time to apply for a residence permit: “We don’t leave anyone without help. If a person does not have a residence permit, and he urgently needs to go for treatment, then we arrange the "form number 9". Thanks to the law on the status of foreign citizens, such people can learn and work without problems. The legislation allows you to receive a full package of social support from the state. "
 
 Nadaraya told about the work of the Council of Samurzakan communities: “We decided to find out how many people lived and live there with Abkhaz surnames? It turned out that only 5 thousand people remained out of the 42 Abkhaz surnames who lived in the area earlier. We assisted them in drafting documents for those who want to return their surnames and nationality. Today it’s 600 people, of whom 300 have already received permission. This is in the interests of our state. I want to note that such work is not violent. ”
 
 Temur Nadaraya noted the importance of the work carried out by the district administration on population integration: “In 2015, they decided to adopt the program of the Ministry of Education of Abkhazia in 11 schools, which allows students to learn Russian. The Ministry of Education provided schools with textbooks, and retraining for all teachers. Also, our dance ensembles, athletes take part in all competitions of the republican scale. In addition, in 2018, more than 20 applicants from the Gal district entered ASU, 5 of them receive a stipend of up to 5 thousand rubles a month from the district administration, and they received rooms in the hostel. There is still a lot of work ahead in this direction. "
 
 Temur Nadaraya told about security: “Since 2015, with the help of the Russian and Abkhaz border guards, as well as the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia, not a single person has been abducted in our area.
