The Cabinet discussed the draft investment program for 2020-2022 years

There was held a meeting of the working group on the investment program implementation.

Sukhum. March 15. Apsnypress. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia held the second meeting of the working group on implementation of Investment Program to promote the social and economic development of the Republic of Abkhazia.  

Representatives of the RA Capital Construction Department reported on the results of inspection trips to the regions and on the situation at the construction sites of the facilities included in the plan of activities of the Investment Program of 2017-2019.
 
 In addition, the meeting discussed the draft regulations governing the interaction of state bodies of Russia and Abkhazia in the framework of investment programs implementation. According to the project, the document defines the formats for conducting a state examination of project documentation and engineering survey results, as well as a procedure for checking the estimated cost of capital construction facilities. The approval of the Regulation, according to preliminary data, will take place at the 18th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission for Socio-Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation.
 
 Also, the participants of the working group discussed the draft investment program for 2020-2022. At the same time, the priority directions of the new plan of measures were the restoration of the country's power grids and the development of road communications. 
 
 Thus, financing of over one and a half billion rubles is planned for the overhaul and new construction of power grids, and one billion rubles for 200 kilometers for restoration of road covering. The investment program of 2020-2022 will also include a number of engineering and communication activities and the construction of socially significant facilities.
 
 At the end of the meeting, the participants of the working group discussed the possibility of financing in 2019 measures to combat the spread of the brown-marble bug in the Republic of Abkhazia.
