The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the report of the Ministry of Finance over the past year

The report “On the results of the activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia for 2018” was adopted at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Abkhazia.

 The Minister of Finance informed about the gradual work of the Ministry: “Over the past 2018, within its authority, the Ministry of Finance has compiled and maintained a consolidated budget list of the Republican budget.
 
 Daily: complete systematic accounting of finances, cash expenses in the context of budget recipients in accordance with the budget classification of the RA, clarification of the type and ownership of payment on unexplained revenues, including to reflect the operations on restoring cash payments on personal accounts of budget beneficiaries, preparing operational information on financing expenses of budget beneficiaries.
 
 Weekly: drawing up statements of income and expenditures of the Republican budget.
 
 Monthly: compilation of a report on revenues and expenditures of the Republican budget, preparation of a report on the implementation of the state budget of the Republic of Abkhazia for submission to the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Affairs of the North Caucasus.
 
 And also quarterly - preparation of materials on the results of the execution of the Republican budget for the first quarter, half year and 9 months of 2018 for subsequent submission to the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, Parliament and the Control Chamber. "
 
 Separately, Nanba reported on the work of the Treasury Department: “In the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia, work was continued on updating the functions and powers vested in the Office in order to monitor the use of budget funds from budget receivers of different levels. In 2018, 18 organizations funded from the republican budget and 4 organizations funded from the local budget were transferred to the treasury system of budget execution. Also, in 2018, the Office opened personal accounts to account for funds from a number of revenue-generating activities of budgetary organizations. In total, of December 31, 2018, 1,011 personal accounts were maintained in the Ministry of Finance. "
 
 Also, the Minister of Finance told about the work of the Control and Audit Department: “The planned activities included checking 14 objects of control. At the same time, for the period from January to December 2018, 22 inspections were carried out, which indicates an over-fulfillment of the plan, in connection with the requirements that have arisen. According to the results of the control measures, a number of significant and other violations of the budget legislation in terms of inefficient, illegal and inappropriate use of budget funds were revealed. Relevant decisions were made to eliminate the violations found. ”
 
 In addition, according to Nanba, active work on the preparation of regulations covering the scope of activities of arbitration managers is under way in the Legal Department.
