The government's meeting approved the procedure for registration and filing applications for establishment of special economic zones and the list of documents attached to applications.

Presenting the draft resolution, the head of the legal department of the Cabinet of Ministers Lasha Tsaava said that according to the RA Law "On special economic zones" provided that the RA government approves the order of submission of documents for the creation of special economic zone.
"According to this decision, it defines the mechanism of filing. The application submitts to the President of Abkhazia. It must consists organizational legal form, all the data of the applicant, financial performance, vision for the placement and type of activity that will be in this area. These requirements are agreed upon by all concerned agencies", - said Tsaava.
