The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia has approved presented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, the State Security Service, the Prosecutor General and the Supreme Court the draft Treaty between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation on the transfer to serve their sentences by those convicted to imprisonment and the Treaty on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and presented to the President of the Republic of Abkhazia with a proposal to sign them.
