The capital's athletes won prizes in the Open Boxing Championship of Abkhazia

The Open Boxing Championship of Abkhazia was held in Ochamchira.

Sukhum. January 26. Apsnypress. The competition was attended by athletes of the boxing section of the Committee on Youth and Sports of the Administration of Sukhum.
 
 In different age and weight categories guys took the following prizes:
 
  In the age category of 2004-2005: David Shakhbazyan (w / c 31 kg), Daniel Taniya (w / c 40 kg) and Gia Zakharov (w / c 50 kg); 2nd place Astamur Psau (w / c 28 kg);    

Category of 2002-2003: 1st place - Gudisa Khibba (w / c 43 kg) and Almas Adleyba (w / c 39 kg). 3rd place - Veniagdit Zakharov (w / c 51 kg).
 
 Category of 2000-2001: 1st place - Rustam Sarsania ( 45 kg), Nart Basariya (w / c 47 kg), Ruslan Katchalov (w / c 57 kg) and Nestor Kishmariya (w / c 75 kg). 2nd place - Daniel Tarba (w / c 57 kg).
 
 Gudisa Khibba was awarded the Cup "most promising boxer." According to coaches, athletes showed good results, due to regular departures to various competitions outside Abkhazia, where the boys could get big competition experience.
