The capital's athletes won the first team place in the Open Boxing Championship

Open Boxing Championship of Sukhum was held in the Sports Palace of S.V. Bagapsh.

Sukhum. October 31. Apsnypress. The competition was attended by over 100 athletes from towns and districts of Abkhazia.
 
 Boxers of section of the Committee on Youth and Sports of the town administration on the number of prizes won 1st team place: 17 first places, 12 - second, and  3 - third.
 
  Our sportsmen took the following prizes in different weight and age categories:
 
 - Age category of 2006-2007:
 1st place - Azamat Pseunov (27 kg), Mushni Hvartskiya (35 kg), Giorgi Alania (37 kg), Lagvilava Leon (40 kg), Alexander Anisimov (50 kg);
 2nd place - Armen Etumyan (38 kg).
 
 - Age category of 2004-2005:
 1st place - David Alaniya (44 kg), Osman Bganba (32 kg), David Shahbazyan (33 kg), Gia Zakharov (54 kg), Nestor Dzhanba (30 kg);
 2nd place - Beslan Dochiya (35 kg), Astemir Pseunov (33 kg), Artur Khojoyan (30 kg), Dzhansuh Pachulia (33 kg), Batal Chegiya (30 kg), Daniel Akaba (54 kg), Ashot Dzhidaryan (48 kg );
 3rd place - Rashid Adleyba (54 kg).
 
 - Age category of 2002-2003:
 1st place - Gudisa Hibba (48 kg), Leon Arshba (40 kg), Geguts Kotua (57 kg), Lasha Gogia (72 kg);
 2nd place - Lasha Hibba (45 kg), Alias Azhiba (40 kg), Almas Adleyba (43 kg), Veniagdit Zakharov (52 kg);
 3rd place - Paul Terebov (45 kg) and Said Patsiya (50 kg).
 
 In the age category of 2000-2001, 1st place - Rustam Sarsaniya (52 kg), Gudisa Akaba (56 kg) and Ainar Jopua (48 kg).
 
 Cup and the title of "The best boxer of the tournament" in their age categories were awarded: David Shahbazyan (2004-2005), Lasha Gogia (2002-2003) and Gudisa Akaba (2000-2001).
 
 Championship prizes are awarded: "For the will to win" - Daniel Akaba (2003-2004) and a boxer from Gudauta - Alias Leiba (2000-2001); for "best technique" - Nestor Dzhanba (2004-2005) and Gudisa Hibba (2000-2001).
