Constitutional Law on the amendment to the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia is adopted by the People's Assembly of the Parliament of Abkhazia on March 21, 2016.
Sukhum. March 31. Apsnypress. President Raul Khadjimba signed the Constitutional Law on the Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia "About the state protection of life of the mother and the unborn child".
The Constitutional Law on the Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia in Chapter 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia is complemented by Article 13 as follows:
"Article 13 of The Republic of Abkhazia recognizes the value and inviolability of family life, taking measures to protect and strengthen the family as the primary and independent institution.
State equally protects the life of the mother and the unborn child".
The Constitutional Law on the Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia is adopted by the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia on 21 March, 2016.
