The Council of Elders: geopolitical processes occurring in the world today are dangerous

Sukhum. October 12. Apsnypress. Council of Elders of Abkhazia issued a statement which states: 

More than 30 thousand years, the ancestors of the Abkhazians were on the road of civilization. There were ups and downs on this way, there were wars with the great empires of the world. But the ancestors of the Abkhazians, thanks to the wisdom and strength of Apsuara, have not died under the rubble of the formation and decay of world empires. 

Abkhaz statehood is more than a thousand years. During this period, our people have repeatedly lost their statehood. But thanks to the unity they have restored it. 

Today the state of the Republic of Abkhazia is well known all over the world. This is because of the people and the soldiers. V.G. Ardzinba was able to wisely mobilize people and soldiers to win the war, to restore statehood. S. Bagapsh was able to wisely promote recognition of our country. 

Geopolitical processes occurring in the world today are dangerous, they are controlled by the International Finance Corporation, emerged from under the control of states, including the United States. Today, only the Russian state may undertake and pursue an independent foreign and domestic policy, when the planet is on fire. 

In these circumstances, the Council of Elders appeals to all parties, social movements, the authorities to work together to solve all the problems of state building, achieving mutual understanding and respecting the Constitution, laws, Apsuara. The younger generation, you are the most progressive part of our people, you know the way of Abkhazians on the road of civilization, attaches great importance to the observance of a reasonable balance of forces of the state and Apsuara. War veterans you are the foundation of our state.  We believe in your support of our application".
