The delegation of the Ministry of Economy of Abkhazia visited the forum "Open Innovations"

The Forum was held in Moscow, in Technopark "Skolkovo".

Sukhum. November 21. Apsnypress. Deputy Minister of Economy Batal Tarba, who headed the delegation, spoke on the forum "Open Innovations" and the current challenges faced by the economy of the Republic of Abkhazia. 
  
 According to Batal TarbA, "the Forum had the opportunity to gather a lot of interesting and useful ideas, to expand the horizon of vision of current and future problems not only of authorities, but also the state as a whole". Deputy Minister noted the Russian Trade Representative Office in Abkhazia provides support in this area and informs about interesting events organized in the Russian Federation.
 
 Head of the delegation stressed that the event was aimed at the future. "The motto of the Forum - "Creating the Future". That means not forgetting about the present and current problems, to look ahead to prepare for the challenges, threats and objectives, which are dictated by time. Today, companies and entrepreneurs, who do not reflect the categories of long-term planning, will always be the loser, because the world and the environment are changing too fast ", - said Batal Tarba. He also noted that the growth of new technologies in a few years will affect the life of every person, and possibly leads to a change in the usual format of life and well-established social relations. It is therefore necessary to pay attention to modern technology in our country.
 
 Batal Tarba also noted that the Abkhazian delegation visited event «iVenturer Bazaar» - scale project to search for promising innovative projects and development of entrepreneurial competencies of teams, where startups presented their projects to a group of potential investors and experts. At the end of the presentation start-ups had the opportunity to conclude a deal on the participation of investors in the project.
 
 In addition, according to Tarba, the delegation was able to establish interesting contacts. "We met with the leaders of investment funds, as well as IT-companies, which are ready to consider opportunities for cooperation, and these issues will be further studied. For example, we have an interest in attracting IT-technologies such as automation of management processes, implementation of advanced computer software", - said the head of the delegation.
 
 At the same time, Deputy Minister noted that similar activities can be carried out in Abkhazia. "Abkhaz entrepreneurs also have something to tell you. Such events are very motivate, offer hope that the world, and especially our reality will change for the better ", - said Tarba.
 
 In conclusion Batal Tarba said: "The event was successful, interesting, and of course, we will continue this practice and send employees to this kind of events".
