"Let the spring which without women's smiles is never really warm, reigns in your hearts", - Andzor Goov.
In his message he thanks women for the support during the War of Abkhazia they helped our soldiers to honorably defend the freedom and independence of Apsny. In those terrible days they stood side by side with men, bearing the brunt of military routine.
"Blessed peace in the Abkhazian soil under the post-war blockade has become a new test of strength, and again women have done everything possible and impossible, that children were not hungry, destitute old people and patients are not deprived of proper care and human warmth. Today Abkhazia and the health system of our country is at a new stage of development and the help of women is needed and invaluable", - emphasized in his congratulatory address.
The Minister wished good health to women and love, peace and well-being of families.
