"The law applies to legal relations which are the objects of state authorities and local self-government, defines the powers of the prevention and combating corruption", - said Agrba.
In addition, the document defines the responsibilities, conduct examinations, competitions, tenders for contracts, the transfer of the lease, the purchase of certain equipment from the budget, and so on. The bill also introduces the practice of civil servants for income declarations.
