The nature reserve will be banned for any construction and other decisions of parliament

According to the documents submitted to the session, before the entry into force of the RA legislation on specially protected natural areas, it is necessary to establish a ban on the reconstruction and construction of all types of new facilities on the territory of natural reserve fund. 

As  Kan Kvarchia stressed, this is done not to postpone the work on the law itself. "I think that within a month the document will be ready. But until that time, it is necessary to regulate all work in the nature reserve fund", - said Kvarchia. 

Indeed, according to the deputy Beslan Gubaz, a gap in the legal field should be closed immediately. "For example, in Pitsunda is already squatting areas, cut down valuable crops. Now this situation is in Gagra district administration", - stressed Gubaz. As noted by the deputies, it would be better if local authorities will give a relevant document in support of their actions. 

In addition, the session adopted in the third and final reading the bill "On Amending the RA Law" On the right of access to information. 

"According to member of parliament representing the bill Levon Galustyan, the law itself  "The Right of Access to Information" adopted in 2008, caused some criticism and, in practice almost never worked. Therefore, the journalistic community and interested specialists came up with the initiative and appealed to the parliament with a request to amend the current law. The amendments were discussed, finalized and as the MP stressed, "today the bill meets all modern requirements". "I think that after the entry into force, journalists and citizens of the Republic will not have problems with access to information", - said Levon Galustyan. 

Also MPs adopted in the second and final reading the bill "On Amending Article 20 of the RA Law" On pension security of persons with disabilities, families of the victims and the families of dead disabled of the War of Abkhazia in 1992-1993". The essence of the change, according to the deputy Leonid Chamagua, lies in the fact that the new wording of the article made it possible to pay extra pension for children who do not have a special plant for pension business.
