This decision was made during an extraordinary congress of the political party "Amtsakhara" in Sukhum.
Sukhum. July 5. Apsnypress. Irena Dzhopua. The extraordinary congress of the PP "Amtsakhara" took place in Sukhum. Congress delegates adopted the final document.
According to the adopted resolution, "Practically, the referendum appointed by Presidential Decree on 10 July 2016, was frustrated". Therefore, understanding that to create the necessary conditions for voting needs time, delegates considered "the only possible way the transfer of the date of the vote to autumn of 2016".
In addition, the congress participants demanded "to allow citizens of Abkhazia to vote with absentee ballots, including the passports expired, and open the polling stations on the territory of Russia".
Among other requirements of the Congress, according to the resolution - "to immediately release from office of Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Leonid Dzapshba". Also, the provision of air on AGTRK for opposition on a regular basis and the "immediate resumption of the Public Supervisory Council, where should be included the representatives of the opposition".
