At a press conference with the media of RA the President Raul Khadjimba commented on the situation with the contractual relationship, the parties which do not fulfill the conditions for granting the lease.

"In all towns and districts, heads of administrations sent letters demanding the completion of the analysis of the situation - said Khadjimba. - It is necessary to understand whether we need such tenants who over the past 5 - 10 - 15 years have not made any steps to implement the work stipulated lease? Issue will be tough".

According to him, the Parliament has already conducted a speech about the need to adopt the Law on Privatization. The Act does not require the return of all property to the state. But the state should know what to do with the objects of property. Need to work on the organization of the respective competitions and tenders.

As an example, the objects for which the lease terms are not met, the President called the hotel "Abkhazia" and the former hotel "Tbilisi". "Whoever was behind these objects, they must understand that it can not continue like this", - said Khadjimba.
