The Parliament adopted a decision on regulation of property turnover

<b>Sukhum. April 21. Apsnypress.</b> The National Assembly of Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia adopted a Resolution "On regulation of property turnover matters in the Republic of Abkhazia".
 
 Presenting the document, MP Valery Agrba, at the request of parliamentarians, read the entire document:
 
 "Sharing the concern of the general public in connection with the unresolved issues of housing sales to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, understanding the need to develop legislative consolidation of legal arrangements determining the procedure and especially the turnover of residential premises in the Republic of Abkhazia and reaffirming the commitment to resolve all acute issues through internal dialogue and consent, the People's Assembly of Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia resolves:
 
 1. Remove from the production of the People's Assembly of Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia draft Laws of the Republic of Abkhazia:
 a) Project № 659-V of the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On peculiarities of the property turnover in the Republic of Abkhazia";
 b) Project № 660-V of the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Abkhazia in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia" On peculiarities of the property turnover in the Republic of Abkhazia";
 c) Project № 687-V of the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On a moratorium on the acceptance of the Republic of Abkhazia legislation on the sale of premises for foreign citizens and stateless persons".
 
 2. To the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia:
 a) to establish a working group on the development of the Housing Code of the Republic of Abkhazia;
 b) to expedite consideration of the first reading of the Town Planning and Construction Code of the Republic of Abkhazia.
 
 3. To the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia:
 a) to complete the work on the spatial planning of the Republic of Abkhazia;
 b) to speed up the work to complete the establishment of the State Land Cadastre of the Republic of Abkhazia;
 c) to make an inventory of the housing stock of the Republic of Abkhazia.
 
 4. To recommend to the People's Assembly of Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia not to take over the draft laws aimed at regulating the turnover of residential premises in the Republic of Abkhazia to the completion of the work specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Regulation.
 
 5. This Regulation shall enter into force upon its adoption".
 
As a result, the resolution was adopted by parliamentarians: 22 votes "for", and 4 - "against", and 2 - abstentions.
