The Parliament of Abkhazia held an expanded meeting of the Committee on State Legal Policy

 The meeting discussed bills: “On Amendments to the RA Election Legislation”, “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts in the Sphere of Administrative Offenses”, “On Amendments to the RA Law“ On Enforcement Proceedings ”,“ On Amendments to Some Legislative Acts"," On introducing changes to some legislative acts of the Republic of Abkhazia in the field of enforcement proceedings "," On the basis of the system of prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency "," On international treaties of the RA " , “On Making Amendments to the RA Code of Administrative Offenses”, as well as the draft Constitutional Law “On Amending the Constitutional Law of the RA“ On Judicial Power ”.
 
 As a result of a lengthy and detailed discussion of these issues, members of the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament at the next meeting of the session to adopt on first reading the draft laws: “On Amendments to the RA Election Legislation”, “On Amendments to the RA Law“ On Enforcement Proceedings ”,“ On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Abkhazia ”,“ On international treaties of the Republic of Abhazia ”, and also to consider in second reading draft laws“ On introducing amendments to some legislative acts in the field of administrative offenses "," On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Field of Enforcement Proceedings "," On the Basics of the System for the Prevention of Neglect and Juvenile Delinquency. "
 
 Having considered the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Abkhazia “On Amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Abkhazia“ On Judicial Power ”and the draft Law of the Republic of Abkhazia“ On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Abkhazia on Administrative Offenses ”, the Committee decided not to recommend these draft laws for adoption on first reading.
