The parliamentarians discussed the Republican budget for 2015

The People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia adopted the draft law "On republican budget for 2015".

Presenting the bill, Finance Minister Amra Kvarandziya noted that the report contains detailed information on the execution of the republican budget for 2015, taking into account all the corrections. According to her, the income part of the budget was 4 billion 534 million rubles. At the same time the RF reception of financial assistance was planned in the amount of 2 billion 920 million rubles, in fact, received only 2 billion 290 million rubles. So, 711 million rubles postponed to 2016, which is reflected in this year's budget. Kvarandziya stressed that own budget revenues made in excess of the targets: the plan of 1 billion 820 million rubles, received - 1 billion 865 million rubles.
 
 Report on execution of the republican budget presented the Chairman of the Control Chamber, Robert Arshba. He noted the failure to comply with the targets in terms of subsidies to local budgets. "Practically, it is the entire amount of wages. I would like to know with which obligations we switched to 2016 ", - said Arshba. In addition, he noted the failure to fulfill obligations with regard to the pension fund in the amount of 136 million rubles.
 
 Summing up the discussion, deputy Beslan Tsvinariya said: "Implementation of the budget is a government's report on the work done for the year". Therefore, according to him, there are a lot of questions of parliamentarians to other members of the government.
 
 In this regard, it was decided to approve the bill in the first reading and to continue work on the outstanding issues in the budget for 2016 with the participation of all heads of ministries and departments concerned.
 
In addition, at the session of the Parliament were approved draft laws on the execution of budgets for 2015 by the non-budgetary funds: Pension, Disabled of the War of Abkhazia, Road, Social Security, occupational health and compulsory health insurance.
