The problem of agrochemical and phytosanitary control must be addressed on the eve of the holiday season - Arthur Mikvabiya

"The state of the government office of RA Ministry of Agriculture - "Laboratory of agrochemical and phytosanitary examination" is dire", - noted the Agriculture Minister Rafik Otyrba. Of 7 agricultural markets of the country only  a laboratory in Sukhum works and works unsatisfactory. The organization is already 5-6 years unprofitable and is not able to exercise control of agricultural products. Examination system needs to be reformed and raise the price of phytosanitary agrochemical research".  

"But if the laboratory is unable to provide qualitative analysis, why are you going to raise the price!", - the prime minister Arthur Mikvabiya. - We talk all the time about how and where to spend the money, but we must think about how to earn them. This should be the slogan of the day. If you need help, we will help. The problem must be solved on the eve of the holiday season".
