The regulation on licensing is approved

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia approved a number of regulations on the procedure for licensing certain types of activities.

Sukhum. September 15. Apsnypress. Elena Poluyan. At the first meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia in the new composition chaired by RA Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits were approved several provisions on the procedure for licensing certain types of activities.
 
 In particular, it approved the "Regulations on the licensing of activities with precious metals and stones", "Regulations on the licensing of retail trade in alcoholic beverages activities, beer, tobacco products", "Regulations on the licensing of private veterinary practice".
 
In addition: "Regulations on licensing activities on the provision of legal services", "Regulations on licensing activities related to the provision of services in the real estate market (real estate activities)" and "Regulations on the licensing of the production of seals" were abrogated. Justice Minister Marina Piliya emphasized presenting the decision: "These activities are not subject to licensing under the new law. Therefore, it is necessary to bring into line with the law the acts approved by the Cabinet of Ministers".
