On the results of the selection of applicants for training in high schools of the Russian Federation commented the Vice President of Abkhazia Vitaliy Gabniya and head of Rossotrudnichestvo in Abkhazia Sergey Fedchenko.

"This year's selection was reformatted. Firstly, conducted examinations in all specialties, including those which did not exist before competitions, and were only interviewed. Second, the work of students coded. And third, we made a qualifying competition as transparent as possible by posting works on public site of the vice president", - said vice-president of RA Vitaliy Gabniya.

According to him, in the end, the results of examinations were filed 24 appeals in 6 of the ball increased, and, in 2 cases with "two" to "four". These results gave an occasion to reflect on how the next year, on the one hand, to protect the members of the selection committee from the pressure of "support groups" of applicants, and on the other - on a competitive basis to check the level of professionalism of the examiners.

"2" were so many that we had to decide to skip the selection of applicants who have at least one positive assessment - "3". Thus school certificates were all good "

Another problem limiting entrants, according to vice-president, was the lack of public order. This requires a strategy for the development of the state, at least 10 - 15 years to come with the understanding that to be built and what professionals need to do.

As the head of Rossotrudnichestvo in Abkhazia, Sergey Mabuza, this year the system of selection of applicants was changed in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Henceforth, applicants have to go through 2 stages of selection: the first - in the republic of Abkhazia and the second, when applicants will be selected already the universities of Russia. Moreover, some of them may install additional tests. In 2015, for RA was given a quota of 220, of them - 114 seats Bachelor 23 - Magistrates, 8 - graduate school, 59 - specialties, residency and professional development. These 220 seats were submitted 236 applications. As might be expected, the most popular were the specialty "Economics and Management", "law" and "clinical medicine". And do not demand remained 32% limits of technical direction, pedagogy, linguistics and culture.
