The leadership of Abkhazia commemorate the second President of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh.
The country's leadership laid flowers at the tomb of the second President of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh in his native village Dzhgyarda.
To honor the memory of Sergey Bagapsh came the President Raul Khadjimba, the vice-president Vitaliy Gabniya, Prime Minister Beslan Butba, Speaker of the Parliament Valeriy Bganba, Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia Semyon Grigoriev, MPs and members of the public.
Sergey Bagapsh died on 29 May 2011 in Moscow in 83rd clinical hospital of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russia in connection with the complication after surgery on his right lung.
