Sukhum. November 30. Apsnypress. There were held regular consultations within the framework of the mechanism for foreign policy coordination, established by the Memorandum between the Foreign Ministries of Russia and Abkhazia on March 11, 2015.
They were attended by Director of the Fourth CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexey Pavlovsky and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation Igor Akhba.
They discussed topical issues of Russian-Abkhaz relations, including improvement of the legal framework for bilateral cooperation.
In addition there was an exchange of views on foreign policy cooperation and the expansion of international positions of Abkhazia.
