Utilities, Ministry of Emergency Situations and the residents of the capital jointly held Subbotnik in the capital

Youth also took part in cleaning of the capital. Committee on Youth and Sports of the Administration arranged another "Fun Subbotnik" on the seafront Muhajirs. 

"We can say that cleaning utilities are responsible, that it is their duty, but no one takes responsibility to the citizens. We always say that we love our town and need to be involved in its life. Today, there are more citizens than at our first Subbotnik, and this is no accident. We must develop the habit of such activities, cleanliness of our town depends on our awareness. We do not force anyone - it is such a fun environmental campaign", - said the chief specialist of the Committee for Youth and Sports Esma Kvitsinia. 

All these days the Public Service Management operated in emergency mode and arranged streets after the flood.
