Valery Bganba called the most important laws adopted by the Parliament

Speaker of the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, Valery Bganba at a press conference spoke about the laws adopted by the parliament in 2015.

Among the most important adopted laws, the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia Valery Agrba called, firstly, constitutional changes to Chapter 6 of the Constitution of self-government and the consequent amendments to the Law "On the management of administrative-territorial units". Secondly, the Law "On public health protection". And the Law "On Specially Protected Natural Areas", "On legal status of foreign citizens", "On the entry and exit to the RA".
 
 At the same time, Valery Bganba recalled that the provisions of the law comes into effect only in 2018. In particular, we are talking about the introduction of the migration card. "To do it now means to create a barrier to travelers arriving in Abkhazia. Prior to January 1, 2018, many technical challenges to speed up passport inspection should be addressed", - explained Bganba 
 
Answering journalists' questions about the real estate turnover in the RA, Valery Bganba said: "This is too serious matter to take it in a hurry. I do not think that there will be meetings of specialized committees, which will consider this act in the nearest future".
