Valery Bganba congratulated Ashot Gulyan on the Day of formation of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

Speaker of the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia Valery Bganba sent a congratulatory letter to the Chairman of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan in connection with the 25th anniversary of formation of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

 For twenty-five years that have passed since the adoption of the Declaration of independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, its heroic and industrious people strengthened the statehood, and achieved great success in the solution of many problems.
 
 Thanks to the unity and stability of the people, today the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic - is a sovereign state with its corresponding attributes of power, to prove its right to exist. Citizens of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic clearly see the goals and objectives of its development.
