Valery Bganba is appointed as Prime Minister of Abkhazia

President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba signed the relevant decree.

Sukhum. 18 September. Apsnypress. President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba introduced the new Prime Minister of Abkhazia Valery Bganba to the Cabinet of Ministers.
  
  The Head of State, Government representatives paid a minute of silence to Gennady Gagulia's memory.
  
 President stressed: "The tragic death of Gennady Gagulia is our pain of course. This is a very serious problem which, unfortunately, has changed many of the tasks set. But the situation requires quick and radical steps, therefore I signed a decree appointing Valery Bganba the head of the Cabinet of Ministers. I have no doubt that his knowledge and experience will be used to form the draft budget in full in the coming days, which we need to submit to the Parliament at the appropriate time, as well as to establish cooperation with the Russian side on the issues of the Investment Program. The work should be continued, and all the plans that have been outlined should be implemented in cooperation with the Russian Federation and in developing relations with the Syrian Arab Republic. I would ask the vice-premiers to continue fulfilling their duties in areas they are entrusted with. Tasks should not be postponed. "
 
 For his part, Prime Minister Valery Bganba thanked for the trust: "There is not a single person with whom I have not been acquainted, this will facilitate our work. There are a lot of works, but I have no doubt that we will be able to accomplish all the tasks together. "
