Vladimir Putin: We hope that the situation in Abkhazia will not go beyond the legal field

The meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba was hosted at the Kremlin.

Sukhum. December 1st. Apsnypress. At a meeting in the Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin said he expects to stabilize the internal political processes in Abkhazia, otherwise, it can complicate the economic cooperation between the two countries. RIA Novosti reported.

 Russian President said: "We, of course, see which difficult political events are taking place in Abkhazia. I must say that this is a normal phenomenon in any society, in any country. But we very much hope that the situation is under control, and will not go beyond the legal field".
 
"Otherwise, it is quite difficult to carry out our plans for economic cooperation. Naturally, when there is some kind of serious internal buildup, there is no time for the roads, hospitals or schools", - said the Russian leader.
