Young Abkhaz athletes won three gold medals at the All-Russian judo competitions

Traditional open All-Russian judo competitions dedicated to the Day of National Unity were held in Maikop.
Sukhum. October 24. Apsnypress. Open All-Russian Judo Competitions among young men and women of 2001-2003 were held in Maikop.
The tournament was attended by 190 athletes from 18 teams of Adygea, Kabardino-Balkaria, Kalmykia, Rostov Region, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, as well as the team of the Republic of Abkhazia, represented by judo section of the Youth and Sports Committee of Sukhum and Gal.
As a result of competitions, our athletes won three gold medals - Valeria Gvindzhia (w / c - 52 kg), Ippolit Akubardiya (w / k - 42 kg) and Sabri Bigvava (w / c - 55 kg). Silver medal - Sabrina Mamed-ogly (w / k - 63 kg), bronze - Archil Akubardiya (w / c - 55 kg) and Luka Kvaratskhelia (w / k - 46 kg).
The team was trained by Anastasiya Pogosova.
