Zurab Agumaa approved by the Parliament as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia

Sukhum. July 20. Apsnypress. According to the Qualification Collegium of Judges of Abkhazia, after Zurab Agumaa passed the post of judge qualification exam by 5 points, he was unanimously recommended by the members of the Collegium. 

Discussing candidacy Aslan Kobakhia said: "His biography contains all our history, starting with the War of Abkhazia and ending with the last post of the RA Military Prosecutor. It's no secret that Zurab Agumaa is one of the main contenders for the post of Head of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia".  

For his part Agumaa said: "About a month ago the Parliament has been placed under the dash work carried out for many years - was passed a package of laws to reform the judicial authorities of the Republic of Abkhazia. This is a very great achievement, since the reform affected all areas of the judiciary and to the adoption of a package of laws to occur great changes for the good of the state. " He assured that "all his knowledge he is willing to use to ensure preservation and enhance the good traditions of the judiciary".
